You are SOOOO Busted!

Photographs of a peeping tom using big binoculars from a Bank of America building to look into my bedroom

Vist the Gallery

The photographs in this gallery were taken this morning from my bedroom! There is a Bank of America building across the street from my apartment building. My bedroom window faces the patio of the B of A building. Despite repeated complaints to the building managment, it’s not uncommon for me to find the very large (and presumably very powerful) binoculars that are on the patio pointed at my bedroom window.  Not only is this intrusive and irritating, it’s against the law. Read Sections 647i and 647k of the penal code to see what I am talking about.

Today I busted the man whose picture is posted at the top of this entry. I walked into my bedroom to get my slippers, and he was sitting on the bench staring up at my apartment. It was a little irritating, but not too intrusive as the distance makes it difficult to see clearly into my bedroom. But a moment later he jumped up and used the binoculars to peer into my BEDROOM. I grabbed my trusty Nikon D100, with a 500mm Nikkor Reflex lens mounted on it and took several photos of this peeping tom. Please feel free to look at all 6 photos in the series.

If you are the man in these photographs, please contact me so that I can forward your name and contact information to the San Francisco Police Department! Also, I’m sure your apparent employer, ABM would be proud to claim you and your illegal/immoral behavior.
