Road Trip 2005 Day 1
Leaving San Francisco and FINALLY making it to Sherwood Oregon…
We got a very early start this morning, actually making it out of the house and being on the road before 8:00 AM! Wow!
Traffic was very light , but along highway 505, on our way to I5, we enountered very strong winds. The poor ‘Vette was getting blown all over the road. I’m really glad that I wasn’t driving one of those “high profile” vehicles.
Pulled into Williams Ca, looking for something to eat. Managed to find a grocery store and bought some bagels and bananas. But it was a junkyard filled with buses like these that caught our eye…
We saw plenty of other cool stuff, but it’s late and I’m tired, so I’m gonna wrap up this post. Maybe I’ll post more photos and commentary tomorrow…
